Renaissance Design Studio Consultation Packages

• Showroom Consulation 

  Our Studio offers a revolutionary new concept in luxury home fit outs. With multiple stunning showroom displays, each one designed by an Interior Designer, you can come and pick your dream room and actually see how your space will feel to live in when fully finished by our Dream Team. We would ask that you would bring dimensions of the room or floor plans if possible plus images or vidoes of the space.

• In Home Consulation Our home consulation includes a 2 hour home visit by one of our interior deisgners. The main purpose of the consulation is to give you an opportunity to meet and discuss your project. The meeting also allows the Interior Designer to gather all the neccessary inforamtion, discuss your requirements room by room and survey the space (max 3 rooms).

• Mood Boards After an in store consultation we create moodboards for the room(s) discussed. This would showcase the total look put together so clients can visualise their potential new area. The moodboards are based on the size the client has to work with and the style the client i shoping to achieve.

• Full Design and Fit Out Service If it is a complete Full Design and Fit out Service you require we can cater for this also. Clients will meet with one of our Interior Designers to discuss all requirements. Once the brief has been reviewed you will receive an esitmated quote. Once approved we can begin your journey to creating your ideal living space.

Our expert team wIll ensure everything you select will not only look amazing but that it fits both you and your home first time round to ensure you avoid any  costly and stressful mistakes that can be made while furnishing a home!

To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, please prepare your home before our team arrives.

• Clear driveways, entrances, and hallways of obstacles or hazards.
  
• Reposition existing furniture, rugs, lamps, or décor items along the delivery path.
  
• Measure doorways, staircases, and lifts to confirm your furniture will fit.
  
• Ensure someone 18+ is present to accept delivery.
  
• Protect floors as delivery staff cannot remove shoes.
  
• Inform us in advance if items need to go upstairs or through restricted spaces.

On delivery day, point out fixtures like light fittings or railings that could obstruct the process. Our team will place, assemble, and remove packaging but cannot rearrange existing furniture or add extra services.

At Renaissance Design Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Returns require proof of purchase and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that special and contract orders are non-refundable. Returns must be arranged within 3 working days in perfect condition. In case of defective products, we kindly ask you to provide photos or videos for approval. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Certain delays, such as customs issues or natural disasters, may not qualify for a full refund. To minimize mistakes, we recommend using our free in-studio advice service before purchasing.
