Returns require proof of purchase and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that special and contract orders are non-refundable. Returns must be arranged within 3 working days in perfect condition. In case of defective products, we kindly ask you to provide photos or videos for approval. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Certain delays, such as customs issues or natural disasters, may not qualify for a full refund.
