• Clear driveways, entrances, and hallways of obstacles or hazards.
  
• Reposition existing furniture, rugs, lamps, or décor items along the delivery path.
  
• Measure doorways, staircases, and lifts to confirm your furniture will fit.
  
• Ensure someone 18+ is present to accept delivery.
  
• Protect floors as delivery staff cannot remove shoes.
  
• Inform us in advance if items need to go upstairs or through restricted spaces.

On delivery day, point out fixtures like light fittings or railings that could obstruct the process. Our team will place, assemble, and remove packaging but cannot rearrange existing furniture or add extra services.

At Renaissance Design Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Returns require proof of purchase and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please note that special and contract orders are non-refundable. Returns must be arranged within 3 working days in perfect condition. In case of defective products, we kindly ask you to provide photos or videos for approval. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Certain delays, such as customs issues or natural disasters, may not qualify for a full refund. To minimize mistakes, we recommend using our free in-studio advice service before purchasing.
