Refunds & Return Policy
Here at Renaissance Design Studio, customer satisfaction is our #1 Priority!
We want you to be very enthusiastic and happy about your purchases from us!
This is why we offer a free interior advice program in our studio so mistakes are cut to a minimum.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require an email with the digital receipt or proof of purchase as all returns need to be agreed in advance and be accompanied by our official RMA. No item will be accepted unless accompanied by our RMA.
- Return Policy does not apply to special orders or orders covered by a Contract .
- Client is totally responsible to ensure the items are returned within 3 working days and in perfect condition.
- We cannot accept back items where the carton has been defaced .
Return & Refunds of Defective products
- For the return of defective products, please email us at hello@renaissancedesignstudio.ie and provide photos/videos showing the defective product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed by Card company.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@renaissancedesignstudio.ie
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war or pandemic ;
- Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Renaissance Design Studio control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.
- The size is not as expected? It would be essential to observe the measurements given on the product on our website . We offer free expert advice in our studio to ensure these issues don't arise.
- If you decide to change your mind for any reason that is no fault of Renaissance Design Studio a cancellation fee may be issued.
