QUOTES ARE VALID FOR 5 DAYS ONLY - After this items may be subject to price increases due to supplier price increases, cost of delivery and other variable factors outside of our control.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE
Your products are being ordered/allocated specifically for you by Renaissance Design Studio so any cancellations or amendments are subject to charges and or restocking fees. All changes must be made in writing to hello@renaissancedesignstudio.ie
RETURNS POLICY
Returns are subject to a 50% restocking charge of the entire order value and is strictly at the discretion of Renaissance Design Studio and can only be arranged in writing via email communications to hello@renaissancedesignstudio.ie
Items must be in their original packaging and have not been used, assembled or hung up. This does not affect your statuary rights.
We cannot offer returns on bespoke or made to order items- this can include custom made beds, tables, chairs, sofas, dining chairs that have been made specific to customer requirements including fabric colours and custom sizes.
Due to hygiene reasons mattresses cannot be returned.
DAMAGES
All damages must be reported in writing along with clear photographic evidence within 36 hours of product delivery/receipt and sent via email to hello@renaissancedesignstudio.ie
DELIVERY
Delivery and or assembly is an optional extra.
Many pieces may require home assembly. If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room this can be pre-arranged at the time of placing your order, however, we cannot accept any liability for any damage to property that might happen therein as a result.
Delivery Damage waiver: If you would like us to enter your home the delivery driver will request that you sign a waiver form. If you do not agree to signing this form then our delivery team will not be able to place your delivery in the rooms required. Our team will take due care when delivering your items but we cannot take responsibility for any damage that may be caused while the delivery is taking place.
When items delivered will be held in storage we strongly advise they are fully checked by yourselves or a nominated person at time of delivery for any damage.
DAMAGE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 36 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
COLLECTIONS
Collections must be pre-arranged with us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delays.
Mirrors and mirrored pieces are fully checked and photographed before dispatch.
CCTV is in operation at the dispatch department, to avoid any disputes thereafter.
